Precautions of how to use bus air conditioner

Precautions for use

(1) In spring and autumn, or in the morning and evening when cooling and heating are not needed, it is recommended to turn on ventilation and fresh air.

(2) Since everyone feels different about temperature comfort, the driver should set the temperature according to the energy-saving operation guide of pure electric buses. Under normal temperature, it should be set in the range of 22-28 ℃; in the extremely high temperature season in summer, it is recommended to set the temperature below 20 ℃. (During the epidemic, when the compartment temperature is lower than 28 ℃, the air conditioning fresh air ventilation device must be turned on).

(3) If the air conditioner has a fault alarm, check the fault code and turn off the air conditioner power switch.

(4) When turning on the air conditioner, do not reverse the order: turn on the air conditioner after the vehicle is started, and turn off the vehicle after the air conditioner is turned off.

(5) According to the Energy Saving Operation Guide for Pure Electric Buses, when turning on the air conditioner, the interval between each function button must be more than 2 seconds. This is because: if the interval between each button is too short (<2 seconds), the panel may execute the next command, and the previous command is invalid and not implemented at all.

(6) When the air conditioner is turned on, you cannot press the function keys of different modes continuously, which will cause serious damage to the system components. For example, when the air conditioner is in the cooling state, frequently turning on the heating and cooling conversion will cause the compressor to wear due to the return air temperature and return oil, and the compressor compression performance will be reduced.

(7) In rainy and snowy weather, close the windows around the driving area in time to avoid damage and failure of the controller due to water ingress.
